What we can and can’t help with
We can help with:
- Gear recommendations for specific NZ tracks and conditions
- Packing list questions — what to bring, what to leave, what to hire
- Trip planning questions — logistics, booking tips, what to do when the Milford is full
- Questions about our affiliate relationships or privacy practices
We can’t help with:
- DOC bookings — contact DOC directly for booking issues
- Medical or emergency advice — if you’re in difficulty on a track, call 111
- Real-time track conditions — check DOC and MetService for current conditions
